At Dansko, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide easy online processing to ensure you find the perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Select the reason for your return and download your pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn clogs or shoes back in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box with the return label clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
